STARTING OUT

The tutorial of the game introduces you to the fundamental mechanics of Ash Echoes SEA. It teaches you how to manage the block gauge, intercept projectiles, and perform basic elemental reactions

At the start, you’ll take on the role of the Director, also known as the Main Character. As the team leader, the Director doesn't participate in battles directly but offers valuable bonus stats from the sidelines. After completing the tutorial, you'll be able to claim your Pre-Registration Rewards, and start pulling for Echomancers!

Focus on completing the main story to unlock essential features and gather valuable rewards. Each chapter offers Premium Currency, Memory Traces, and other resources vital for building your team.

ASH ECHOES SEA ECHOMANCER CLASSES

Ash Echoes SEA offers a variety of Echomancer classes, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. By understanding these classes and their synergies, you can create powerful teams that dominate the battlefield. Here's a breakdown of the different classes:

Bulwark - High defense and block gauge to protect the team.

Striker - High damage output and block gauge breaking abilities.

Vanguard - Switch between attack and defense modes.

Skirmisher - Chain attacks for burst damage and focus on airborne enemies.

Ranger - Sustained damage dealers with long-range attacks.

Tactician - Versatile support units with various utility options.

Support - Healing and buffing specialists.

ASH ECHOES SEA ECHOMANCER ELEMENTS

Elemental reactions and combos are core mechanics in Ash Echoes SEA. By understanding how different elements interact with each other, you can create powerful strategies and dominate the battlefield. Each element brings unique strengths and weaknesses, so choose your team wisely and exploit elemental advantages. Here are the elements of Ash Echoes SEA!

Fire - Creates Fire Zones that deal continuous damage to enemies within.

Lightning - Triggers powerful elemental reactions like Explosion, Electrocution, and Electrolysis. Does not create elemental zones.

Water - Creates Water Zones that extend the duration of other elemental zones, especially in Wet Environments. Enemies in Water Zones take increased Water damage.

Ice - Creates Ice Zones that freeze enemies, making them vulnerable to instant kills.

Wind - Doesn't trigger elemental reactions but excels at crowd control and dealing extra damage to airborne enemies.

Physical - A balanced element that benefits from elemental reactions like Vaporization and Melt.

Corrosion - Builds up a gauge to unleash a powerful area-of-effect attack that scales with the character's Terminal stat.

ASH ECHOES SEA CHARACTER PROGRESSION

In Ash Echoes SEA, Echomancers don't rely on traditional "levels" to grow stronger. Instead, their power is enhanced through these methods:

Ascension - Echomancers advance from S0 to S6, which affects their base stats, the potency of their Leader Skills, and the highest level of their Combat Skills.

Combat Skills - These are the abilities utilized in battle, and you can upgrade them directly to enhance their effectiveness.

Seed Skills - Think of this as an Echomancer’s Ultimate ability. The only way to level up a Seed Skill is by obtaining duplicate copies of an Echomancer. When you acquire the first and third duplicates, they gain enhancements to their combat traits.

Fitness Training - Found in the S.E.E.D. Dome. Fitness Training allows you to further boost an Echomancer’s base stats. It’s advisable to prioritize upgrading the Dome’s "Fitness Room" early on to maximize its benefits.

Potential Exploration - This feature applies only when the character acts as the team Leader. Progressing through "Leader Record" milestones grants Crystaplates, while participating in "Path to Proficiency" mode rewards you with Badges of Origins. Improving a character’s Potential Exploration significantly enhances their power and unlocks various passive abilities that benefit both the character and the entire team.

ASH ECHOES SEA BEGINNERS TIPS

Tip 1: Focus on your Director’s Engraving!

Although Echomancer builds offer more flexibility, the Director’s Engraving setup is quite simple. The Director equips one Trace for each stat, and having higher duplicates enhances the stat conversion. For most players, especially those who don’t spend money, the ideal choice is usually the free max-dupe SSR Trace obtained from events. Since the Director’s Engraving is specifically used to boost your Leader’s stats, there’s no need to overcomplicate this process.

Tip 2: Increase your Engraving Rating to obtain additional currency and exp

Engraving Rating is an excellent way to earn gacha currency and account experience. To level this up efficiently, you can run the Echoing Nexus with a diverse set of Echomancers. However, for faster early-game progression, take advantage of the “Simulation” feature for a quick shortcut. This will help you accumulate resources without needing to invest as much time initially.

By clicking “Simulation,” you can quickly generate an Engraving with just a few clicks, bypassing the need to run the Nexus. These Simulated Engravings will utilize the stats from your Director's current gear but are significantly weaker than those gained through actual Nexus runs. Nonetheless, it's a swift way to advance your account and earn more summons early on. Just remember that this method becomes less effective as your level increases.

Tip 3: Join a Guild!

Joining a Club is highly beneficial. Participating in daily Club activities takes less than a minute and rewards you with plenty of free materials from the Club Shop. Additionally, the cooperative boss challenge event, Echo Hunt, provides abundant materials, especially for skill upgrades.

Tip 4: Unlock Boss through Coziness!

Boss is a 1-star character that can only be unlocked through achievements. To unlock her, you need to accumulate 4000 Coziness in the Lounge during Tea Time. She’s a valuable character for Speedruns on the Leaderboards. If you’re interested in unlocking her (or just love cats), here’s a quick and simple guide:

1. Join a Club

2. Purchase a “Tea Time Universal Invitation”

3. Engage in Tea Time activities

4. Buy Furniture until you reach 4000 Coziness
